Frank is a writer from New Jersey. A former English teacher, Frank is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Graduate School for Education. After breaking into the comics industry with the creator-owned hit Five Ghosts (Image Comics), Frank has since worked for every major publisher in the U.S., as well as having a global presence in France (Glenat Comics) and Italy (Cosmo Editoriale) with his creator-owned work. He has written notable runs on Avengers World and Howling-Commandeos of S.H.E.I.L.D at Marvel Comics, as well as the creator-owner series Black Market and Broken World (BOOM! Studios), The Revisionist (Aftershock Comics), Violent Love (Image Comics), and The White Suits (Dark Horse Comics). In 2017 Frank began working in the video game industry as a write and narrative designer. He has since contriubted to the Destiny franchise, as well as serving as lead writer on Darksiders Genesis and Ruined King: A League of Legends Story.

Taylor is a comic book lettering professional and owner of Ghost Glyph Studios. A former staff letterer at DC and production assistant at Marvel, he lettered titles such as Red Hood and The Outlaws, Constantine, Interceptor: Heavy, Finger Guns (Vault Comics), Exorsisters, Jook Joint (Image), and Babyteeth, Hot Lunch Special (Aftershock). Other publishers he has worked with include Line Webtoon (Caster, Backchannel) Dynamite (Elivra, Red Sonja and Vampirella meet Betty and Veronica, Green Hornet), and IDW (Scarlett’s Strike Force).

Lauren is a freelance artist that has been working professionally in comics since 2010. After making her debut in Dark Horse Presents, Lauren has worked as a colorist on many titles across various publishers, such as Image Comics (Five Ghosts, Buzzkill, The Ghostfleet), Dark Horse Comics (Stranger Things, Witcher Of Flesh And Flame, Count Crowley), Aftershock Comics (The Revisionist, Dead Kings), as well as for Marvel Comics (Spider-Gwen, Bloodstone: The Star Spawned Sorcerer) and Random House (Windhaven). Lauren currently resides in Austin, Texas.

Ruairí started out drawing comics on the indie scene of his native Ireland in 2012 before turning professional. Since then he has worked on such properties as Star Wars (for the European and US markets), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (IDW) and Cloak and Dagger (Marvel). Astonishing Times is Ruairí’s first project as co-creator and he’s been thrilled to work with Frank and Arris in developing a whole new world of heroes for readers to enjoy.

Arris is a content creator and writer from Dallas, Texas. He broke into the comic industry co-creating and hosting one of the largest comic-centric YouTube channels which has amassed over 2 million subscribers since it’s launch in 2012. He’s since become a prominent voice in the world of comics where he weekly breaks down anything and everything comic related. Astonishing Times is his first venture into writing comics professionally, but is only the first of many to come!
